**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen, according to the standards required by the company.
- In charge and accountable for whole outlet kitchen operation during absent of kitchen manager
- Manage & lead a team of kitchen staffs.
- Responsible to monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Ensure accurate and consistence cook practice and presentation.
- Ensure optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene.
- Control cost and minimize food wastages.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years kitchen management experience in Italian Cuisine.
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible to menu, promotional and ad-hoc recipe changes.
- Possess highest level of food and personal hygiene standards.
- Positive personality and working attitude and meticulous with leadership skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment
