**Job Details**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist experienced technicians in conducting routine maintenance tasks, including inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of mechanical components.
- Learn to diagnose and support in repairing malfunctions or defects under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Participate in testing and inspecting safety devices to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to recommend and replace worn or damaged parts, contributing to the reliability and longevity of the systems.
- Provide support in on-site repairs and promptly respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize disruptions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work for documentation and continuous improvement.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Hold (1) of the following certificates from the **Institute of Technical Education (ITE)**:

- Nitec in Built Environment (Vertical Transportation)
- Nitec in Technology - Built Environment (Vertical Transportation)
- Nitec in Built Environment (Vertical Transportation) (Traineeship)
- Nitec in Technology - Facility Technology (Vertical Transportation)
- No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to travel across Singapore for job assignments, with or without own motorbike.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
