Executive (Service Hall Officer, Mandai Crematorium

**What the role is**
- We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join the Operations & Facilities Management Department which oversees the operation and maintenance of Government cemeteries, crematoria and columbaria. You will be stationed at Mandai Crematorium & Columbarium and will play a key role in providing after-death care services.
**What you will be working on**
- Oversee and manage cremation ceremonies
- Provide support and assistance to members of the public for the smooth completion of cremation ceremonies
- Supervise a team of staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of cremators
- Carry out duties at the Mandai Crematorium Ash Collection Centre
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
**What we are looking for**
- Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in a supervisory role
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Comfortable to try out and use new technology
- Tactful, approachable, patient and have good understanding of the practices of different religions
- Mature, independent, responsible and resourceful
- Ability to interact and foster teamwork
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Willing to work in after-life care service environment
- Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work night shifts
- Fully vaccinated (completing vaccination regimen of 3 doses) preferred
