We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven **Sales cum Technical Engineer**to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, understanding business challenges, and co-creating impactful, scalable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engage with clients and key stakeholders**to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and solution requirements.
- Act as a **technical consultant**, translating customer needs into practical, tailored solutions — whether by customizing existing offerings or developing new proposals with internal teams.
- Lead and manage **pre-sales discussions**, solution demonstrations, and technical evaluations to support business development.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to align client needs with product capabilities and roadmaps.
- Provide **post-sales technical support**and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of solutions, while maintaining long-term client relationships.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **technical sales, solution consulting**, or **pre-sales engineering**, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence, align, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively in building solutions from scratch or tailoring existing ones to
