**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**(1) Payroll / HR related (MAIN)**:

- Assist the HR Manager to oversee the HR department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
- Manage and process the monthly payroll for the company including e-leave, e-attendance, e-claim etc
- Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.

**(2) Training related**:

- Course registration and follow-up for workshops and ad-hoc training for the hotel staff. i.e. Course enrolments, confirmation, withdrawal, concellation, and postponements, etc
- Administer minimum service period / training bond documents for applicable courses
- Sourcing, managing and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programme
- Perform administrative support in training related matters, preparation of training reports and documents and liaise with the internal trainer and external training providers of various training programs
- Carry out Induction programme for newly joined rank & file staff.
- General monthly training reports
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

**Pre-Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience on staff management will be an added advantage
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
