**SUMMARY**:
The job of a night checker involves picking and packing orders for distribution, maintaining inventory

accuracy and cleanliness. Additionally, inspects products for accuracy (eg matching invoice to PO by

customer), quality and safety during the night shift. They ensure that picked items are correctly labeled,

packaged, weighed, and meet established standards. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and

efficient teamwork are essential for this role.

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT:

- Night Checker plays a crucial role in customer order fulfilment. They assemble and pack

orders based on customer requirements, making sure that the right products in terms of

quality, count and weight are included and they are packed securely to prevent damage

during transportation.

2. ACCURACY IN PICKING / PACKAGING:

- They check that the products are being accurately labeled, weighed, and packaged according

to company standards. This helps prevent errors in packaging that could lead to customer

dissatisfaction or regulatory issues.

3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:

- They maintain accurate inventory records by updating databases or systems with information

about products that have been picked, packed, and delivered/shipped. This helps the

Company manage its stock levels efficiently.

4. TIME MANAGEMENT
- Work efficiently is important to meet deadlines for order fulfillment. Night Checker need to

manage their time effectively to complete their assigned tasks within the designated time

frame.

5. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:

- They may be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work area. This includes

cleaning equipment, disposing of waste properly, and keeping the workspace tidy.

6. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Physical fitness and stamina are important for this job.

7. TEAM WORK:

- Night Checker often collaborates with members of the production, warehouse, delivery

(driver), security guardhouse and his Reporting Officer. Communication is important to

ensure smooth operations and to address any issues that may arise during the shift.

8. DOCUMENTATION:

- Keeping accurate records of products packed, checked and transported/shipped is important

for quality control. inventory management, and tracing purpose.

Overall, the role of a Night Checker requires a combination of attention to detail, adherence to safety and

quality standards, teamwork, and effective communication to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of

the Facility’s night shift.

Work Day: 6 days

Day: Mon-Fri 8pm-6am / Sat 8pm-5am
