Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and filing
- Perform daily invoicing, administrative and office support activities
- Perform other Administrative/ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
- Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
**Requirements**:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Minimum O Level
- Able to work independently
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
At workplace, mask wearing is required indoors except when not interacting in person with another individual present in that area and not in customer-facing areas where interaction is likely to happen.
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
