**The Role**
You will work closely with the Head of Strategy and Planning to build operational framework, business operating planning models and processes that business based on to make business-critical decisions. You will play a pivotal role in scaling up of our market dominance in the SEA region. You will identify and analyze key operating metrics, build the processes to improve and support businesses regionally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for the business results and metrics against strategic initiatives and define creative ways to over-deliver vs targets
- Required to work on budgeting and forecasting operating and financial models to optimize processes to prepare LingoAce for hypergrowth across SEA
- Monitoring of performance & providing insights across the region
- Building up knowledge base - through root cause analysis, KPI and project management, Streamlining and standardizing Operations SOP
- Conduct ad-hoc research on Go-To-Market approaches on various markets and education products, communicating them to senior management in concise and insightful ways
- Strengthening analytics capability and insights for the team, conducting root cause analysis when operational performance fluctuate
- Add a growth lens to all of our regional operations and work closely with our operations teams, marketing, product, strategy, finance and others, using your expertise to help elevate their efforts to the next level.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-7 years of proven experience in consulting, business management, strategy or regional operations
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumens, and problem-solving skills
- Able to confidently articulate and present your views to key stakeholders
- Able to independently manage multiple projects coupled with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment (including uncharted territories)
- A plus if you have experience working with large datasets and using statistical modelling methods to analyze these data
