**Assistant Manager - Technical Data Architect **to join their team.

**As the Assistant Manager - Technical Data Architect, your main responsibilities will include the following**:
1.
**_IT Enterprise Integration Management _**
- Design and deliver Azure Data Analytics solutions.
- Define, review, and explain Data Architecture requirements & design to all the project stakeholders.
- Data Architecture design.
- Data quality system and process design.
- Documentation of solutions.
- Lead the migration of data from legacy systems to newly developed solutions.
- Ensure that standardized solutions are delivered.
- Ensure consistency of the overall Overseas IT landscape.
- Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team.
- Ensure quality of code.

2.
**_Coordination & Communication _**
- Build up and strengthen the relationship with all stakeholders in the region, headquarter, and the markets to effectively perform the necessary tasks within the function.
- Ability to explain complex processes and solutions clearly and precisely to different target groups and to explain the specific benefits of solution approaches.
- Continuous alignment of Regional Data Lake with global architecture blueprint and headquarters team.
- Sharing and collaboration of solutions across all regions.
- Alignment with all regional and market system technical and business owners to understand the changes in the ecosystem.

**Qualifications**:
**_Education & Experience: _**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer/data science technical or related experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience on Azure Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Architecting and delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform including Azure Databricks, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and delta lake.
- Experience in designing and implementing machine learning solutions as part of high-volume data ingestion and transformation pipelines and recent experience working in a Dev/Ops environment.

**_Specific Knowledge: _**
- Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Spark.
- Azure cloud-based services for data warehouse & analytics.
- Delta Lake.
- Python Language.

**_Functional Competencies: _**
- Deep domain expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, PaaS, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers, and Infra as code technology).
- Able to Identify the architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources, tools supporting automated data loads, security concerns, analytic models, and data visualization.
- Experience building a cloud governance plan, and setting best cloud practices and procedures.
- Strong background in enterprise and technical architecture design.
- Strong communication skills.
