Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Flagship Investment and Investor Relations team based in Singapore to support our two colleagues. _

**The Role**

As the new Executive Assistant, you will serve as a key point of contact for our two colleagues, Flagship Partner and Investor Relations MD. You will play a central, confidential, and coordinating role both internally and externally, and you will be their closest go-to person in providing broad proactive administrative support, managing calendars, and ensuring alignment in their daily schedule. You will work closely with the PA team in our Copenhagen office and contribute effectively as a team member.

As EA in CIP, you will be part of the CIP global EA community with whom you can enjoy a working community and professional sparring.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

- Proactively organizing and maintaining their calendars, appointments, regular and irregular meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure daily schedule alignment
- Providing comprehensive proactive administrative support, including managing incoming inquiries, scheduling meetings, and optimizing the Partners’ time
- Following up on actions with team members
- Processing invoices and expenses, handling documents, preparing presentations, and managing filing
- Coordinating and assisting with special projects and events as needed.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all business matters.
