Our client is a publicly listed financial institution with a resilient portfolio in Singapore.
This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to grow their careers further in the investor relations space. As the Investor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our current and prospective investors. This key position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, providing timely and transparent communication regarding fund performance, market trends, and other relevant updates.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance investor confidence and support the overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on fund performance, financial results, and key performance indicators to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience in investor relations within the real estate investment, developers or financial services industry.
- Experience in the listed platform
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
