**About The Role**:
We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as **Investor Relations Intern**based in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about investor relationship management and marketing strategy, while gaining hands-on experience in supporting investor onboarding, crafting communications, and driving engagement. You will develop skills in relationship management, storytelling, problem-solving, and campaign execution—all critical for a future career in finance, marketing, or investor relations.

**Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**:
**Investor Relations**:

- Clean and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in investor outreach
- Research and map investor preferences and activity to optimize targeting and segmentation
- Assist with end-to-end investor onboarding, including documentation, compliance coordination, and system updates
- Track and organize investor communications to translate insights into actionable follow-ups
- Monitor investor feedback and inquiries, supporting timely and thoughtful responses to strengthen relationships
- Draft onboarding guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base materials to streamline investor support
- Assist with investor-facing content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces
- Support client check-ins and usage analytics to help improve investor satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate and test AI tools that enhance internal workflows around investor onboarding and communications

**Marketing**:

- Contribute to content production across blogs, newsletters and social media
- Assist in developing and refining AI prompts for automated content generation and process automation
