We are seeking an intern to join our IR & Capital Raising team. This is an opportunity to work alongside a high calibre team on some of the most exciting deals in the space, as well as experience the start-up and entrepreneurial culture of a young company.

As an IR & Capital Raising Intern, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors. The team is responsible for communicating the fund’s investment strategy, performance, and key value propositions to attract and retain capital commitments. This involves strategizing and executing capital raising campaigns to secure capital commitments by fostering trust and confidence among investors.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct investor landscaping and peer benchmarking analysis
- Craft persuasive marketing materials and quarterly investor reports
- Maintain database of investor contacts, preference, and recent interactions
- Manage fundraising pipeline, tracking each investor processes from initial engagement and due diligence to final closing
- Collaborate with investment team to facilitate investor interactions, address inquiries and ensuring effective communication with investors
- Organize investor meetings and roadshows
- Contribute to other areas of the business as needed

**Position Requirements**
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong grasp of finance fundamentals (courses in accounting / finance / economics)
- Good PowerPoint, Excel, and writing skills
- Previous finance work experience in banking/placement agent, asset management, or investor relations is a plus
- Natural curiosity to learn and seek exposure to new concepts
- Fluent in English. Additional Asian language is preferred, but not a must
- Working permit in Singapore / Hong Kong is required
