**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Lead and manage the Investor Relations team, establishing and maintaining relationships with domestic and international institutional and individual investors.
- Organize regular analyst meetings, arrange face-to-face meetings with domestic and international investors, and conduct conference calls.
- Create presentations and press releases in both Chinese and English languages, as well as maintain investor relations-related websites.
- Develop and implement comprehensive short, medium, and long-term Investor Relations plans aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.
- Stay abreast of operational and industry analysis, as well as financial analysis reports.
- Interact with the media and actively contribute to public relations activities to enhance the company's public image.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Investor Relations within a listed company or financial institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with investors, analysts, and the media.
- Excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English, with exceptional writing skills for creating compelling presentations and press releases.
- Strong analytical skills to comprehend and interpret financial and operational data.
- Familiarity with financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with keen attention to detail.
