**Position Overview**

We are looking for a motivated individual and leader to join our team at Monk's Hill Ventures to head up our Investor Relations function. You will be responsible for maintaining relations with both existing and prospective limited partners, and quarterbacking the execution of fundraising campaigns for the firm's funds. Our investor base today consists mainly of institutional investors, alongside some family offices and high net-worth individuals. This role requires a deep understanding of the relevant asset class and fund raising environment, and a demonstrated ability to think strategically.

This role will be based in Singapore. and reporting into our Managing Partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will oversee the strategic mapping out of, and the day-to-day running of the investor relations function. You will also manage and coach and Investor Relations manager within your team.

**LP Engagement & Communications**
- Develop strategic plan for LP communications through multiple touch points.
- Plan and execute small and large-scale investor events, including but not limited to roadshows and annual investor meetings.
- Plan annual travel meeting itineraries for Partners.
- Work with our marketing team on ommunications strategies to build our firm’s branding in the institutional space; and with our fund administration and finance teams to develop high quality investor reporting materials, including quarterly reports and investor letters.
- Lead the organisation of and curation of responses for LP due diligence requests and other requests for information.
- Oversee maintenance of investor data rooms.

**Fund Raising**
- Assist the Partnership in developing fundraising strategies.
- Develop new fundraising leads across all markets.
- Maintain database of prospective investors, ensuring that proprietary information is captured in the system.
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies with objectives and KPIs to ensure that prospects are actively engaged.
- Produce and maintain fund marketing materials including PPMs, pitch decks and any other analysis and/or collateral required.
- Work with introducers or placement agents where required.

**We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant work experience, including an IR role within a PE/VC, placement agent or other related areas.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, and ability to think strategically (elevate above the details) and provide guidance to partnership in the context of changing environments.
- Self motivated: takes initiative, strong work ethic, can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Experience setting up and maintaining systems (ie. data room, CRM), proficient with G-suite, MSFT Office etc.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English), additional languages are a bonus.
- Meticulous and strong attention to details.
