Job title: Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Arrange and coordinate the full cycle of shipment transport
- Ensure that all Container Transport Operation data entry work is completed on time and in within required time frame.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors and customers for clearance and deliveries
- Handle permits and declarations
- Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely manner
- Ensure reports are submitted on a timely to established customer’s schedules
- Process billing for key account customers
- Verification of proof of delivery and shipment documents
- Update and maintain billing folders to ensure accurate billing
- Update and maintain proper documentation of all relevant transactions and records
- Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Key Profile:

- Transportation/Logistics Industry experience (internal and external)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport industry, preferably in trucking, transport & logistics operations.
- Locally defined technical experience.
- Experience in account management execution.
- Experience in customer services and invoice processing.
- Relationship building skills, both with customers but also internal stakeholders.
