What the role is:
EXECUTIVE, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (OPERATIONS)
What you will be working on:
You will provide administrative and operational support to the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division. Your responsibilities include processing counter transactions and online applications, tracking digital services reports, collating counter statistics, auditing online applications, and handling customer feedback via phone and written correspondence. You will also perform operational checks on contractors, liaise with external agencies, conduct audits at checkpoints, and provide system-related support as needed. Deployment to different LTA worksites during or after office hours may be required.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge in any discipline
- Relevant experience in customer service or digital services is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to work independently or in a team in a dynamic environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Relevant experience may be considered for senior roles
