Our client a leading Social Media company is hiring for Trust and Safety content analyst.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively identify problems/issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools
- Communicate effectively and concisely with customers and internal partners to resolve cases in written form
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates (including policies, upgrades and customer care issues)
- Analyze fraud reports, identify trends that need to be addressed and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals
- Willingness to work in weekend shifts
- Willingness to work on public holidays if required

**Job Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree in a related field
- Min 1+ years of experience in content moderation, compliance, privacy, risk management, transaction fraud, fraud operations, chargeback processing or legal support
- Ability to identify, analyze and report risk trends to improve customer experience and make discretionary decisions based on appropriate research
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
