
Employee Experience Business Partner

Responsibilities:
A) Recruitment module
- Support the regional recruiting policy & business process mapping to ensure delivery and workflows
- Participate in discussions with business teams and contribute to decision making from a process / workflow perspective
- Support recruitment policy makers and encouraging Workday best practices across the Group
- Communicating and executing process changes to a large dispersed international workforce;
B) Workday Phase 1 initiatives
- Facilitate discussions with SJ Group HR community to develop training support for member companies
- Provide advisory guidance and share best practices with content development teams in the development of Workday training
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in recruiting and HR;
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization;
- Strong operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action;
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management;
- Ability to navigate ambiguities autonomously.
