**Position Description**

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and a role well suited to a pro-active and highly motivated individual. You will be working within a team specializing in managing conference calls, Roadshows, conferences and other client
- focused corporate access events.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s)**
- Book travel, accommodation and transfers for clients.
- Preparing travel documents and itineraries.
- Manage and provide logístical support for roadshows.
- Administrate multiple roadshow schedules simultaneously.
- Administration support for investor marketing trips globally.
- Printing and couriering presentations.
- Setting up in-house lunch & coffee meetings.
- Document preparation, editing, typing of letters.
- Set up, hosting and logging of 1x1 and group conference calls/virtual meetings.
- Additional administration support activities for the Front Office as and when required.
- Work as part of the team, supporting fellow team members to ensure a high level of service is offered to all our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of corporate access and roadshow experience in Investment Banking industry.
- Strong administrative and/or travel coordination skill in a fast paced and high volume environment.
- Organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and overtime work.
- A can-do attitude and ability to adapt to situations and ever-changing demands with a calm demeanor.
- Creative problem solver and team player.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom usage.
