**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead UX/UI design projects from conception through to execution, aligning with user needs and business goals.
- Employ advanced design systems, such as Material Design and Fluent Design, to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
- Engage in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, accurately capturing project objectives and user needs.
- Facilitate design workshops and focus group discussions, gathering insights and fostering a collaborative design process.

- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, refining designs based on user feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated familiarity with information architecture and design systems, notably Material Design and Fluent Design.
- Experience in conducting design workshops and focus group discussions.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
