**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping the design direction of all projects, turning insights into innovative, transformative experiences. Your focus will be across all forms of UX/UI design including; branding, wireframing, user flows, useability and user-centred high fidelity designs.

Your Requirements
- Portfolio of digital/UX/UI design work (with a focus on responsive website design) that shows your talent
- An understanding of user-centred design, creating user-journeys, wireframing, prototyping and user-testing
- An understanding of website design and information architecture (IA)
- Strong ability to understand briefs and solve problems in a pragmatic way
- Be able to communicate your design thinking
- Effective time management skills to deliver projects efficiently and on budget
- Be able to work as a team player in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Design Software - Adobe CC creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent platforms) & Adobe XD
- Strong visual communicator
- Excellent communication skills
- Mentor junior designers
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs put forward into development maintain a healthy balance between budget, technical and timeline constraints and customer success
