Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior UX/UI Designer
to join our
User Experience Design (UED) Team . This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver user-friendly, elegant, and effective product designs (across web and mobile platforms). You'll transform product requirements into intuitive visual experiences, perform user research, and help drive product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of UX/UI solutions for campaigns and products by analyzing requirements and delivering high-impact visual outcomes.
Translate complex user and product requirements into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes.
Improve design standards and user experience through continuous research such as competitor benchmarking, user surveys, and data analysis.
Participate in internal design reviews and share insights with the broader UED team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and other designers to ensure quality and consistency.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of UX/UI design experience
with internet or mobile products.
Solid knowledge of responsive web design (RWD), and design principles for iOS and Android platforms.
Strong design fundamentals and user-centered design approach.
Ability to deeply understand user needs and translate them into clean, functional UI/UX solutions.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
A growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-improvement in design trends and tools.
