**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and open-minded team player UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital channels. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will play a pivotal role in UI and UX for the TREX platform across WRISE and will have the opportunity to be engaged and collaborate with various country stakeholders, business segments and technology team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets on our e-channels.
- Able to produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Able to translate design recommendations into customer journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Collaborating with the Product Owners, Business Analysts and design vendors to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the business internet and mobile user.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Utilise Sketch, Zeplin, Azure, Confluence, JIRA to drive collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analyst and Developers.
- Contribute to research roadmap and ensure research is a key strategic component of product development and customer experience.
- Communicate and deliver meaningful research insights in effective, innovative, and impactful ways to a variety of audiences from the design team, engineering team, to executive teams.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**

**Personal and Social**
- An enthusiastic team player who is open to feedback and collaborative design but can work independently too.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders in a highly articulate and professional manner
- Interest in technology paired with passion to deliver high quality UI/UX designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathic personality, charisma and power of persuasion
- Ability to relate to clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Strong ability to multi-task and equipped with time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good judgement and ability to work under pressure

**Professional and Technical**
- Relevant higher educational and professional background with 3-5 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. Preferably with Banking and Finance knowledge.
- Results and impact-focused, you always have an eye on the overall outcome and desired impact.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Zeplin, Microsoft Axure, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Understands human behaviour, you are great at translating quantitative and qualitative data into deep, meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Represent the Company and shareholders’ interests at all times
