Roles & Responsibilities

The ICT Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Provides daily IT operation support to all users.
- Handles end users’ computer and/or laptops’ issues and requests promptly.
- Troubleshoots computers, laptops, network, printer and server related problems.
- Provides training, hardware/software, administration duties and support.
- Conducts preventive work on computers, services and firewalls.
- Assists in the installation, maintenance and management of the computer network for the Site office.
- Ensure backups are done successfully and properly.
- Assists in the management of the communications, workstations and services of the Company’s computer network.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Safety
- Comply with safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at Administration Section.
**(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience**:

- A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Relevant technical experience in on site office support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Support.
- Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Civil Projects.
**(D) Personality**:

Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
**(E) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: -**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT, skills, network devices and servers administration.
- Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize issues quickly.
- Resourceful.
- Keep abreast of latest technologies and trends.
- Able to work overtime and be on standby when required.
