- We are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead / Business Manager in the APAC region to join our global Marketing Operations Team:
- Help to modernize, future proof and industrialize the marketing operating model so we can be better equipped in guiding strong client execution in real time.
- Establish and monitor marketing processes / protocols and optimize continuously
- Focus on risk-related topics and implement a stable marketing risk framework in the region
- Partner with the local marketing teams and Finance on budgeting, invoice management and cost analysis / controlling
- Provide operational marketing support on a regional level and liaise with key stakeholders (e.g., local business, Compliance, Legal, Products etc.)
- Drive the further rollout and automation of product information in the region (internal and external webpages, factsheets, Sales and aftersales material etc.)
- Manage external suppliers in the APAC region (selecting, onboarding, contract negotiation, cost controlling, service delivery review etc.)
- Partner with the Business Managers / Operations leads in the other regions and leverage global initiatives on a regional level
- Ensure efficient marketing-internal and -external information exchange

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Marketing Operations team and will be based in Singapore. Our team operates as the critical engine of the Marketing organization and is centered around delivering strong efficiency, scale and seamless execution. As a business manager, you will play an important role in overseeing that all marketing teams in the area run efficiently and deliver effective outcomes.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5+ years of experience working in Marketing, Business Management or similar role
- master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to collaborate with all levels in our organization
- strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- deep understanding of business risk management and regulatory topics
- understanding of marketing-related operational topics (e.g., marketing material production and dissemination, product-related data etc.)
- proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
- good understanding of the Asset Management industry
- fluent in English, additional Asian language is a plus
