- Job Category: Administration- Posting Date: 2 Jun 2024The primary focus of this role is to support the partnership with the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine (Eureka Institute).
The Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Eureka Institute, and will work closely with its appointed officer, Eureka COO based in a different time zone, to support its strategic initiatives, partner relations, manage its online community and website. This role will be responsible for leading and managing outreach activities in Singapore, and is to provide remote project support for select overseas events or initiatives under the direction of the Eureka Leadership.
In addition, the Executive will be assigned to provide project support to select TII projects or initiatives, administrative support under the direction of the Director and/or Assistant Director.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ of relevant experience
- Experienced in leading and managing events independently
- Experienced in developing event marketing collaterals
- Experienced in managing website content
- Experienced in building and maintaining online communities
- Experienced in providing administrative and operational support to not for profit organisations
- Possess strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Be resourceful, adaptable, and have the ability to work independently and in a team
