Manager (Communications), Office of Singhealth

You lead the education communications team in planning and implementation of SingHealth’s education communications initiatives. This spans five Colleges, SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS), Academic Medicine Education Institute (AMEI) and SingHealth Residency.
- You oversee the communication plan for key Academic Medical Centre conferences such as the SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress and the SingHealth Duke-NUS Education Conferences. Your role includes taking on the central coordinating role of healthcare education communications initiatives at cluster level, with close collaboration with SingHealth Group Communications.
- In addition, you will support management and leadership in the unit’s performance and managing of work plan, budget, manpower and training matters as well as undertaking ad-hoc or special tasks and events as assigned. There will be opportunities for department project management.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate/marketing communications
- Experience in leading teams and stakeholder engagement
- Prior experience in setting policies and processes is preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good creative and visual design sense
- Strategic thinking skills, ability to plan and execute initiatives
- Energetic, self-driven and meticulous individual with the ability to multi-task
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
