You will support the day-to-day laboratory procedures of the SingHealth Translational Immunology and Inflammation Centre and ensure smooth lab operations. You will process human blood samples for storage / flow cytometry, order reagents, maintain the inventory usage log, ensure the upkeep of instruments and support lab members in their projects.

Your primary project involves deep immuno-phenotyping and immuno-monitoring of peripheral blood and tumor and adjacent non-tumor microenvironment of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. The project will use several cutting edge multiplex technologies, such as the Time of Flight Mass Cytometry (CyTOF), multiplexed immuno-histochemistry (Vectra), next-generation sequencing (NGS) and single-cell RNA sequencing.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology or equivalent fields
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a research lab setting, preferably in an immunology lab with knowledge of flow cytometry
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to deliver against tight deadlines
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
