**Duties**:

- Supervises and participates in the operations of the marina.
- Enforces rules and policies at the marina and clubhouse and liaise with external vendor contactors assistance, as necessary.
- Assists in the supervision of work of staff under charge.
- Receives, investigates, resolves and properly documents complaints from tenants/customers.
- Oversees all aspects of security at the marina and clubhouse, including security staff and operational requirements.
- Supervises and participates in providing directions and general information regarding the marina to customers of the marina port
- Participates in the selection, placement, promotion, safety, training, appraisal and discipline of assigned employees.
- Participates in minor repairs to marina and clubhouse equipment and facilities and monitors marina and port construction projects and repairs at the facilities.
- Coordinates special programs and events involving the marina and clubhouse facilities.
- Prepares and maintains records and reports of activities inclusive of maintenance programs at assigned locations.
- Receives and sorts mail for tenants/customers of the marina and clubhouse.
- Performs related work as assigned

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and appropriate safety precautions associated with marina and clubhouse operations.
- Ability to swim, float and tread water.
- Ability to enforce rules and regulations with tact, firmness and impartiality.
- Ability to make minor repairs to marina and clubhouse equipment and structures, as needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public as necessitated by the work.
