**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct necessary trainings to staff to ensure continuous growth and development of the Customer Service Team.
- Delegate and monitor the workflow for each order from creation to completion.
- Review, resolve and mitigate friction withing the team
- Develop intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in work flow in order to achieve a seamless handover of orders from team member to team member
- Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty.
- Communicate our company’s proposition as a preferred supplier to our customers in all your dealings with the public, customers and suppliers that you deal with.
- Prepare quotations accurately, monitor customer orders precisely, record keeping, coordinate and co-operate with other team members of the same department and/or other departments to meet customers’ expectation of a reliable service.
- Attend to walk in customers for sales, service and or warranty issues.
- Explain and or provide customers with necessary product information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by available media or means.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
- Build lasting customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact.
- Identify new business opportunities via telemarketing activities or direct mail programs as directed.
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
- and provide relevant management information.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Any other responsibilities that the Management may direct or assign to you.
- The secondary function includes coordinating co-operation within departments, and/or other departments, suppliers, administrative support and assisting in marketing and management of other business activities as may be delegated.
