**Job Description Summary**: The Services & Solutions marketing manager is a leadership position in the AKA Services Sales & Solutions Team that is accountable for developing the services & solutions business growth strategy and Go to market strategy with omni channels across Direct, Indirect channel partners, Inside sales and eCommerce business growth as well as responsible for executing the marketing and growth playbook strategy for Services & Solutions business portfolio throughout AKA Region in partnership with the Services growth leaders, SBU modality leaders and field marketing team.
Partner with business leadership to manage branding, solutions and services promotion, and partner with the business to provide functional expertise. Participate in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications, digital communications & events management.
Overall responsibility for marketing execution, strategy development & consolidation working in partnership with the global and regional GEHC leadership teams to deliver on our mission to be the leading provider of clinical outcomes-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Services Growth & SBU Modality Managers across all SBUs develop the marketing plan for all Services & Solutions business across AKA, and be responsible for execution of the marketing deliverables across SBU services & solutions lines in close association with the Zone Services Sales & Solutions commercial teams.
- Provide coaching for the Services Sales & Solutions team within Services Solutions business and collaborate with AKA marketing functions, including field marketing, customer & market insights, strategic marketing, and omni-channel marketing.
- Develop win-loss, visibility, funnel, share and customer segmentation analytics at granular level to drive actions with SBUs and Zone commercial teams.
- Manage GE Healthcare brand among key stakeholders, and work to establish GEHC as the preferred brand in the market and ensure differentiation against competition with special focus on Digital and AI.
- Drive omni channel commercial excellence in partnership with Services Sales & Solutions leadership team to drive rigorous execution and translate into improvements in commercial performance metrics such as contract capture rate, winback, 0$ sockets, $/IB, pricing, and omni channel effectiveness.
- Develop the KOL vision and drive execution of relationships and reference sites for the entire solutions portfolio (such as digital solutions, clinical outcome solutions, APM, CPM etc. )
- In partnership with communications team and digital marketing team develop and executed on strategy of internal and external communications including newsletters, EDM etc.
- Lead communications strategy and execution of communication plans with external parties, within the Company, and across the business.
- Develop market communications engagement that supports the business strategy.
- Provide efficient communication execution with customers, business leaders, and the media. Align and integrate communication plans across organizations.
- Integrate marketing / customer communications to strengthen the GE brand. Direct business-level communications activities in support of corporate strategies and initiatives
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales process or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
**Required Qualifications**
- MBA or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices industry
- 10+ years’ experience in product/region commercial marketing and strategy
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actions; experience establishing comprehensive strategy and plans for business growth
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
- Teaming skills - Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
- Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
