**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to the Imaging GM AKA, in this role, the Interventional Modality Leader - AKA is responsible for shaping, implementing, and executing the Interventional business strategy for both equipment & service to drive market share gain & profitable growth in the AKA region through collaboration with global modality & product leaders, Zone GMs, Imaging Sales Leaders, and with Service leaders. Partner with Zone Leaders to deliver Imaging Orders, Sales, CM & Market Share. Is the point person for Interventional modality and the AKA voice to Global Modality team to reflect market needs and get their support to win and grow Interventional business.

You will own & manage the Orders, Sales & Technical (product) and clinical expertise to drive the Interventional Angiography systems growth in AKA.

**Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to)**:

- Maximize Sales, Orders, Margin, Market share, Customer satisfaction for the Interventional modality.
- Coach / mentor / lead the team of Interventional Product Leaders based at respective zones to drive Margin & Market Share Growth.
- Implement solid go to market strategies and clinical differentiation to secure market share and profitable business growth in association with the Global / Regional Marketing Teams. Activate partnerships to increase win-rate by providing a solution offering.
- Develop and execute on partnerships with Cardiology solution providers to drive higher win rate on Interventional portfolio.
- Have cardiology domain knowledge & work with AKA Sales / commercial teams for high level clinical discussions with CXO’s and department heads by communicating the value propositions of products and solutions in cardiology solutions product portfolio and drive value.
- To create cardiology solutions offering within GEHC by collaborating with cross functional modalities like Ultrasound / PDx / PCS / Healthcare Digital etc.,
- Create business plan for assigned accounts including opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.
- Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow up.
- Build trust and partner with external Interventional devices companies to provide complete solutions to customer.
- Provide support to account sales team on strategy and product offerings
- Lead and prepare the quote tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Imaging Sales Leaders & Product Specialists.
- Track market and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
- Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
- Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
- Work with Sales, Channel Partners and Marketing Teams to formulate marketing strategy drive market share and meet business targets.
- Ability to communicate merits of product capabilities including Technical & Clinical features effectively
- Generates, records, and maintains customer profiles, including key decision makers.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s / Bachelor degree or higher with minimum of 10 years on Interventional Cathlabs / Cardiology Devices / product sales/ Clinical / management or product marketing or related experience in the Angiography / Interventional devices sales.
- Have a deep understanding of customer ecosystem in cardiology domain to generate business growth in support of business segment targets on orders, revenue, cost and margin.
- Previous work experience with a Interventional focus highly preferred
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
- Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
- Give presentations and deliver materials with skill, confidence, and credibility.
