**Job Description Summary**: You will focus on supporting the clinical training and use of GE Computed Tomography (CT) systems. This is an individual contributor role managing zone’s account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Be responsible for supporting customer training for GE’s CT products, and to support the GE’s CT business for product and sales support and able to drive more proactive customer engagement as part of the post-sales process and better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GE products.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- In partnership with customer develop training plans to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency and high Net Promote Score (NPS).
- Coordinate the delivery of customer training with Service/Sales groups.
- Drive realization of revenue through execution of on-site delivery targets.
- Aggressively manage travel budget to goal through optimization of travel strategies and cost savings.
- Provide consultative support to customers in driving customer productivity through the implementation of customer consultative projects.
- Support market growth initiatives (i.e. industry tradeshows, product demos, image quality collection, and clinical sites).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Produce well-written post-training reports and product feedback.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
- Generates and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers.
- Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
- Primary focus will be to provide support to CT customers in Singapore but also periodically support our users within the other countries in Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN and South Korea as needed.
- Support in product marketing clinical collaterals, support and presentation in various trade and CME programs etc.
- Create pre sales marketing content on CT products including Technical and clinical promotional and educational modules
- Generate clinical evidence based data, maintain and refresh the clinical image gallery for marketing for the zone on all CT products.
- Creation of techno-clinical GTM strategy & contents for all NPIs and NPI features across the modality - and train internal teams of GE and its associates.
- Develop and maintain KOL sites for marketing evidence generation, association with research projects, support all pre sales demos to win in the market.
- Responsible for customer resolution and follow up on escalation closely working with global apps and engineering team.

Quality Specific Goals:

- Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, and relevant Int’l Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or Int’l / local Law is broken.
- Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Int’l / local Law is broken
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Bachelor Science or Business Administration equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must have Radiological Technologist certification
- Experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices industry
- Required active professional CT clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical scenario.
- Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on GE’s CT products & platforms is a must
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
