**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsible as the go-to-person of Level-3 Clinical Application Support in the ASEAN region in pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support.
- Support commercial team during the pre-sales process as the clinical solution consultant, by working closely with the customer to devise a digitalized workflow for Proof-of-Concept testing.
- Discover and validate key customer needs and cater clinical solutions accordingly. Lead the clinical component of customer presentations and solution demos.
- Oversee the overall customer satisfaction through the post-implementation life cycle of the digital solutions, and lead and coach the regional clinical Level 1 and 2 to support customer through the change process.
- Serve as ASEAN’s point of contact to Global Tiger Team. Ensure critical customer requests and issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.
- Derive an in-depth understanding of customer needs and competitive solutions, and play a vital advisory role in deriving and executing GTM strategies.
- Support the commercial team in engaging and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders of GE Digital Solutions.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum 7-year work experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT related programs
- Prior practicing experience as nurse/doctor
- Good listening and communication skills are required
- Customer presentation skill is a must
- Willing to travel up to 30% (post Covid lockdown)
**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience in critical care and / or perioperative care is highly preferred
- Experience in working across ASEAN countries
- Demonstrated ability to lead with humility and transparency is desired
- Demonstrated track record of delivering with focus is desired
