Develop the business portfolio through acquisition of new customers.
- Generate new leads and new prospects via sales promotions, marketing calls and/or presentations/site inspections for a growth business.
- Increase share of wallet through excellent service and understanding of customer needs, and actively acquire new relationships by playing up the business value propositions.
- Create and optimize marketing strategies to retain clients and grow user base.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfil client requests and needs.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and standards, laws and regulations and other controls and procedures.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by the immediate supervisor/head of department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in real estate/client acquisition/sales/agency work. Experience in flexspace/co-working/office market is preferred.
- Strong presentation capabilities, good inter-personal skills.
- Team player and a self-motivated individual.
- Analytical, sales-driven, customer service focus, go-getter.
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
