Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager might had a experience in new code development, maintenance of current PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) systems & attendance to helpdesk, ticket assistance and troubleshooting. Responsible for Project include analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) systems for the campus community

Job Description and Requirements:

- Experience or Knowledge in Cash Management and corporate Payments
- Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as SQR, query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, crystal report, nVsion, Cobol, Fluid Interface
- Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financials or Human Capital Management and Learning Management would be an added advantage
- Gather information regarding problems and issues from functional managers and work with the technical team to address them; Research and plan technical projects such as major system upgrades and module implementations
- Write request for proposals, negotiate and maintain licensing and support agreements with software vendors, work with internal Purchasing staff regarding contracts for external consulting services
- Manage technical projects to include leadership and decision making, resource allocation, budgeting of external resources and hardware and software costs
- Ensure technical team follows proper change control procedures and adequate testing is conducted before any changes are made in production systems
- Serve as a member of the Technology Steering Committee, Keep supervisor and functional department managers apprised of issues and status of team projects.
- MUST have skills: Multiple years overseeing Peoplesoft environments from a functional level Great communication and presentation skills Project Management of Peoplesoft upgrades PLUS/Nice to have skills: Experience doing gap analysis on a large scale for potential move to Oracle Fusion
- Good and proven fundamental knowledge of Project Management and Risk Management are essential and required for this role.
- Proven record to setup strong project governance in large and complex projects/programs
- PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory; proven track records in managing large sized project teams and deliverables.
