- Significant experience of leading Price Optimisation Programs and Price increase initiatives at a granular level across multiple geographies
- Leads a team of professionals focused on tactical, operational, and strategic activities within Pricing and Tenders
- Formulates price recommendations to ensure adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.
- Oversees pricing and tenders projects and programs within the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives including the roll out and implementation across multidisciplinary teams of Vendavo, Service Now and SFDC Tenders Module.
- Development of efficient Power BI Reporting Dashboards to support team goals and optimize commercial reporting to ensure that business goals are met.
- Manages team performance, including talent development, engagement, and inclusion, while effectively communicating business and operational updates. Plans, prioritizes, and directs the responsibilities of direct reports.
- Oversees public and private procurement opportunities through competitive bidding processes in liaison with commercial objectives.
- Advises on country and regional based pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.
- Engages with senior and executive stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives and pricing decisions.
- Provides critical input on final pricing contracts to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Plan and develop market research and analysis to support strategic pricing decisions.

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas, and detailed functional and operational expertise specifically in the Medical Technology industry.

Requires a Bachelor's degree

Requires minimum 10 years of relevant expereince in the healthcare technology space including Leadership expereince in managing high performance teams

Experience working in a regulated industry and matrixed environment

Excellent communication skills
