**2. **Creative Direction**:
- **Concept Development**:Work with creative teams (copywriters, graphic designers, and art directors) to develop the visual and message concepts for campaigns.
- **Ad Format Selection**:Decide the types of ads to use, such as TV, radio, print, digital, or social media.
- **Message Crafting**:Ensure that advertising content is aligned with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
**3. **Media Planning and Buying**:
- **Channel Selection**:Choose appropriate platforms (TV, social media, websites, print media, etc.) for placing ads based on where the target audience is most active.
- **Negotiations**:Negotiate advertising rates and placements with media outlets and agencies.
- **Campaign Scheduling**:Determine when and where ads will run to achieve maximum visibility and impact.
**4. **Coordination and Team Management**:
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, product development) to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Vendor Management**:Liaise with external advertising agencies, production companies, or freelance talent.

Bachelors or Masters preferred.
Must be able to travel and get own sales and leads for advertising while handling current company workload.
Must be able to handle different clients and liase with different suppliers and customers to provide one stop service.
Must be able to work at different hours to handle different clients from different timezone.
