
Digital Advertising Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Advertising Manager with a strong background in Southeast Asia (SEA) to lead our digital advertising efforts. The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising strategies across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and achieve marketing goals. Familiarity with the finance industry advertising regulations, and legislation matters is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, focusing on PAID marketing - SEM.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and select the most effective advertising platforms.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including META, search engines, and online display ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling ad content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure all advertising materials adhere to brand guidelines, legal guidelines and are consistent with brand messaging.
- Manage the digital advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure advertising efforts are integrated with overall marketing plans.
- Coordinate and monitor external agencies and vendors for specialized services, such as media buying, advertising services and production.
- Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, campaign outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements based on data analysis, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing advertising efforts.
- Identify and resolve issues related to advertising strategies and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experiment with new advertising formats and platforms to drive innovation in our advertising approach.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful SEA, SEM, and SEO campaigns.
- Experience with Banking, Financial or Investment Company background industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in advertising analytics and performance measurement tools, including platforms like Fireplace.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative advertising ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, legal matters, and legislation related to advertising.
- Ability to provide own insights and strategies to optimize advertising efforts.
