Our client is an established Global Advertising, Broadcast, Online / Social Media marketing Agency providing sophisticated and robust presentations across various industries in the Consumer and Public Relations Image language.

Looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager focusing in this field with strong background in the advertising space.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The position will handle end-to-end sales pitches, sales strategy and operational arrangement in meeting with potential clients.
- Will lead and manage new business strategies for profitability and grow revenue.
- The position may be required to travel overseas (Asia).
- the position will take on leadership role and grow the sales team (locally and abroad).

**Position Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Marketing field or the equivalent.
- 6 to 10 years of Sales experience, strong leadership and with knowledge in digital content, platform sales and production.
- APAC / Asia experience is a strong advantage as it will handle global market brands.
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills and can manage different staff personality and attitude.
- Management responsibility and business decision making involvement.
