Startup Success Manager, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in IaaS or SaaS sales.- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently to communicate with representatives from external stakeholders in-market from Greater China.**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in cloud technology.
- Experience in sales or operations roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving ambiguous environment and test different engagement and sales methods.
- Ability to articulate the Google Cloud value proposition.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure customer engagement and success with early and mid-stage startups in Greater China.
- Accelerate customer adoption through engagements and partner with customer Engineers, Product teams, and the extended Business team.
- Communicate and engage with Founders, C-levels, and Board of Directors of startups.
- Articulate and refine the Google Cloud message to startups.
