Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in a Business-to-Business Sales, Independent Software Vendor, or Consultancy role.
- Experience working with Google Cloud platforms in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in managing partner businesses by working through pipeline, sales, and deployment cycle.
- Experience advocating for business software.
- Ability to advocate cloud computing platforms and services.
- Ability to navigate in a highly ambiguous work environment.
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-regional dynamic team.
- Effective people, verbal, written communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

**About the job**:
Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver.

In this role, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Formulate requirements with internal customers and own projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, driving participation, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.

The Enablement Success Manager will leverage experience, organizational skills, and their ability to build and scale enablement offerings, tools, and resources. Additionally you will ensure continuous improvement of the scale, depth, and quality of enablement provided to the partner ecosystem. Key to this role will be the analysis of the performance of the portfolio of enablement offerings and campaigns/programs to make and inform strategic decisions aligned to key business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define the portfolio of enablement offerings (e.g., tools, resources, etc.) to help expand the capability of the partner ecosystem to sell, market, and deliver Google Cloud solutions.
- Together with stakeholders, build customized enablement plans for strategic channel partners geared towards helping them build sales, marketing and deep technical capabilities.
- Implement a series of go-to-market programs/campaigns that will leverage the knowledge gained from enablement plans and in tandem solicit participation for the enablement plans among channel partners.
- Work cross-functionally to design and operationalize enablement programs and processes aligned to key strategic goals.
- Measure success of go-to-market campaigns, enablement plans, and correlation to partner revenue performance.
