**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Purchase Orders and Invoices related to projects and Operations & Maintenance:

- Sourcing quotation
- Issuance of Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions
- Goods/service receipt documentation check
- Material supply planning and consolidation of project orders for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries
- Import and export documentation (AWB, BL, GST permits, Certificate of Origin, Packing list, Commercial invoice etc.)
- Logistics and warehousing planning
- Develop purchasing strategies to mitigate market challenges, e.g. Freight, commodity prices, supply shortage, etc
- Maintenance of project monitoring trackers and document control
- Preparing reports related to procurement activities
- Review supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company standards, negotiating favorable terms, and mitigating risks
- Analyzing completed projects to compare planned budget with actual costs, assess adherence to timelines, and identify areas for improvement.
- Support implementation and compliances of ISO 45001/9001) processes: e.g. new vendor qualifications, annual vendor performance evaluation, ABC, etc.
- Regular Inventory list update (office and warehouse stock)
- Engage in Solar PV industry seminars/trade shows to identify new products, innovation, trends that will aid in cost-down or improve asset performance

**Job Requirement**:

- Degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or equivalent with relevant end to end procurement experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in EPC, Engineering or Construction and Procurement/Supply-chain roles or any relevant industry
- Proven track record in Procurement, Project Controls, Supply chain management, Contracts and Office Administration, HSE and certifications
- Experience in project coordination and wholistic support functions
- Knowledge in import tax, custom duties, HS codes, FTA, logistic planning
- Knowledge of the Renewable Energy and Solar industry operations and materials will be an added advantage
