**Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager**

**Role Overview**: The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of D365 F&O projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of D365 F&O projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on ERP implementations, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the D365 platform, including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BI.
- Experience in consulting for manufacturing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel within ANZ for client engagements.
