**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop solutions that meet client requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.
- Translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and statements of work (SOW).
- Provide advice and create high-level and detailed designs during project delivery engagements.
- Ensure quality oversight at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Create solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support/maintenance, and services.
- Produce responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Act as the design authority and technical escalation point for projects.
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to develop customer account plans and roadmaps.
- Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- The right to work in Malaysia or Singapore
- At least 8+ years of ERP consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.
- Working knowledge of the D365 platform, including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BI.
- Experience in consulting for manufacturing organizations.
- Experience delivering at least 3 international end-to-end D365 projects.
- Strong pre-sales experience and the ability to build relationships with partners.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- An affinity for technology and strong analytical skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

**Specific Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
- Certification in TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or similar architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and other reporting tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and other CI/CD tools.
