**What a Website Performance Manager does at Visa**:
**Strategic Direction of website & Implementation**

A high level of collaboration with cross functional teams (Product, Marketing, Merchant Sales, Legal and Consulting) is needed to support content creation, while ensuring Visa webpages adhere to SEO and User Experience (UX) best practices. This role may be responsible for identifying areas of commercial opportunity and growth of first party data.
- Adapt and localize of new content pages supplied by the global content owners. This includes facilitation of translation reviews across AP with the local reviewers and eliminating outdated contents such as decommissioning and/or redirect of pages, creation of vanity URLs and establishing new domains/sub domains
- Ensure synergy between Global and Regional needs for global campaign pages. This role would need to work closely with regional creative team to understand creative asset direction and shar inputs to Global from regional perspective
- Determine the need for new sites based on business requirements. Facilitate new website/domain requests when needed

**Drive SEO strategy and implementation**
- Set SEO strategic direction based on AP needs such as identifying topic/content opportunities and on-page optimization to improve organic traffic. Establish best practices for SEO that would complement with web content creation and UX
- Work closely with the Regional Social and Digital Manager to ensure full synergy between SEO and SEM strategies.
- Perform audits of large data sets from multiple sources, creating detailed yet clear reports to identify gaps and errors, and provide solutions
- Train local stakeholders on usage of SEO platform where needed

**Platform analytics tracking and reporting**
- Create insightful and actionable reports to track website performance, aligning to the business objectives.
- Translate reports into dashboards and/or presentations for management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Measurement & Insights team on campaign and business analysis to uncover actionable insights to be included into business strategies.

The Website Performance Manager is an important role to Visa because it will be responsible in setting the strategic direction of one of Visa’s largest owned channels as well as identifying new commercial opportunities.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
**What you will need**:

- Proficient in English
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience as Web editor/SEO specialist.
- Demonstrable background in on-page SEO and content marketing.
- Demonstrable experience of CMS and DXP platforms
- Demonstrable background of working with web analytics tools.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

**What will also help**:

- Experience using collaborative tools such as Atlassian toolset (JIRA & Confluence)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Content Square
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager
- Proficiency in using SEO platforms such as Conductor, BrightEdge and Google Search Console
- Basic proficiency with photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or Adobe CC)
- Familiarity with the marketing automation such as Eloqua.
- Familiarity in A/B testing platform Optimizely

- Delivering best in class Visa brand execution on owned platforms on behalf of cross functional teams
- Crafting best practices on content creation and administration.
- Formulating and implementing SEO strategy across Asia Pacific.
- Monitoring owned platforms performance.
