Singapore FAR EAST HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing group-wide initiatives for 30 hotels and serviced residences in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan
- Assist in the development and conceptualisation of new web assets, including organising user requirement workshops, prepare and conduct user testing, and maintaining project documentation. You will interface with internal stakeholders, IT department and digital agencies
- Support and maintain the effective functioning and overall integrity of existing web assets and digital creatives
- Assist in the execution of search and display advertising campaigns
- Assist in reporting and dashboarding of eCommerce, loyalty program, marketing alliance performance and other Digital Marketing KPIs
- Support digital marketing leads to identify opportunities, generate actionable insights, implement tests and tools for lead generation, conversion rate optimisation and UX optimisation

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in digital marketing or marketing in hospitality industry preferred
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical abilities and project management skills
- Performance-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
