Global Payments and Cash Management is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, across currencies and regulations, quickly and cost effectively with dedicated in country and regional support. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Client Integration Manager - Regional**.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- This is a regional technical project management role, whereby the incumbent is expected to plan, lead and manage all technical aspects of the implementation of large-scale domestic and regional cash management solutions for Customers in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region
- This includes formalising the technical solution and project plan in consultation with stakeholders, initiating the setup on various platforms, driving the project through agreed milestones, and finally guiding customers on the production run
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage and deliver the project professionally, in a coordinated and timely manner
- Keep abreast with industry development and the latest technical standards in the relevant domain
- Contribute towards the deployment of new Product and Services
- Comply with HSBC project governance and internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- University Degree, proven experience in project management with a focus on the technical integration of Payment and Cash Management solution between Corporate and Bank
- Experience in ERP Treasury Finance modules or Treasury Management System will be advantageous
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience. Able to interact with and build relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of key technical protocols and standards commonly used in the Integration of Cash Management solution with Banks. This includes standards used in payment initiation, statements, reports, connectivity and related security
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic and regulatory issues
- Progressive and willing to keep oneself abreast of related technical development and its impact to our business and that of customers
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
