Job Overview

The Onboarding Team is responsible for guiding new clients through the initial setup and integration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our products or services. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

  • Lead clients through the onboarding journey from contract signing to full product adoption
  • Deliver tailored product training and resources to clients including virtual and in-person sessions
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly offering clear and professional guidance

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English spoken and written with excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the Greater China market including business culture and client expectations
  • Proven experience in customer success account management or related client-facing roles
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software products
